Dear Sir

I tried to reach you on the phone but could not connect. My Mustika Wedding Organizer want to book Ballroom at your hotel. We need to do a wedding for our Clients.

We planning to run this event on November 28, 10:00 - 14: 00. In my estimation, I need to be accommodated a thousand people. We will need a large ballroom space to accommodate our members and a smaller room next ten Ballroom and VIP rooms.

We will need ten round table with five chairs, wireless microphones and a good sound system in the room Ballroom. We need an international menu Buffet Dinner, a free special designed 5-level wedding cake for the bride and groom 2 nights accommodation in a luxury suite and two Bridal Elegance Buffet (Appetizer, Salad Bar, Soup, Signature Dish, Hot Buffet, Dessert). In a smaller space, we need two rectangular tables, two sofas and five chairs.
 
We also want the hotel to arrange for dinner. I would appreciate you fax me a menu selection as soon as possible, but no later than August 17.

We want to know the projected costs for our Wedding day event. Can you fax or e-mail me the projected costs? I will give the final confirmation of our booking by close of business on August 10.

Thank you for your letter of August 5 that expressed interest Santika Hotel. This letter will confirm your plans to book a room at our hotel ballroom.

Wedding Organizer We understand you want to book our room amenities November 28th. At least a thousand people will attend your wedding. You will need space Ballroom and a smaller room next to the Ballroom hall and ten VIP Rooms to the wedding.
